CLAIMS
Processing
your claims in a timely manner is as important to us as it is to
you. Our Claims department is available to answer any questions
you may have in connection with large case management, subrogation,
hospital negotiations, COBRA, HIPAA and other general claims issues.
If
you elect the Monthly Aggregate Accommodation benefit, it allows
for reimbursement of an aggregate claim prior to the close of the
plan year. This feature means that an aggregate claim is paid when
the aggregate level is met (because of a monthly prorated aggregate
level); however, no refunding—from TPA to Best Re—is
required until the end of the plan-year accounting is complete.
